the most significant comments below philipp poisel's music videos are definitely the foreign ones: 'i've no f***ing idea what this guy is singing about, but he's freakin' awesome'. see it for yourself and feel free to judge afterwards: without understanding the language, what do you thing, what might he sing about?

what a day! got up at 4am, drove to berlin, visited the opening ceremony of my second study at the beuth university, drove back towards homeland, but stopped in leipzig for the dynamite ska music festival and my brother-in-law's 18th birthday.
arrived at home at 2am, almost 24 hours and more than 800 kilometres lay behind me when I finally collapsed into bed.

10 bands entertained the diverse crowd of punks, hools, skins, rastas and ordinaries for more than 7 hours. at the latest at half past ten the most of them all were dancing at full tilt.

with today's pics i like to show you differently tilted views of the wonderful felsenkeller from last night.

today we were searching for a possibility to escape from the heat. although the lake's water temperature is currently well over 20 degrees, a plunge into the precious water is still a pleasure and enjoyment. funnily we've found the nicest places by pure chance. doesn't matter, it's all right as long as the cooling is successful.

furthermore today the absolute highlight of the culture festival in friedrichshafen was due. two ska bands, including the band moskovSKAya from ravensburg, made for a brilliant atmosphere. even the starting rain couldn't keep the people off from dancing. i'm really looking forward to the rock am see festival!

i like things being transparent. you know you get yourself into familar surroundings. if you are able to bother yourself about the worst case in this context you will not being caught unawares by anything or anybody. for that reason it is always helpful to know all boundary conditions, so you can estimate the problem's variability. ok, maybe too abstracted.

yesternight was transparent for various reasons: we felt very comfortable in the surroundings of our friends. we know the event, the long live music night is conducted every year. the locations are also well-known. all that led on to a great evening with nice music, some beers and cheerful talks.

one of the twenty stages was proverbially transparent, too.

btw: i don't want to discuss the low light performance of my borrowed eos 400d again, but it hitted the wall concerning iso and aperture so that i had to shoot with inappropriate shutter speeds the whole evening. that's why only one of ten pics turned out well. let´s forget it, only some days to go.
