as stated elsewhere i've already expressed my surprise about the chosen colouration of the two new auxiliary buildings of friedrichshafen hospital and like to renew this statement: for whatever reason the medical centre for the resident doctors with attached psychiatry was designed in bright colours, whereas the also new mother-child centre is coated in olive. for me this is hardly to understand.

usually this parking area directly next to the arena of our local volleyball club vfb friedrichshafen, that has one of the best, if not even the best volleyball team in europe, is well-filled with vehicles from all the spectators. but on non-matchdays and into the bargain at dark night only a very few people and cars stray on the grounds.

principally you can escape from wet and cold only temporarily. anytime everybody has to clench his teeth and stand his ground.

both wet and cold are tolerable if they don't appear together at the same moment. currently temperatures are rising a bit so that the pleasant cold with crystal-like snow is turning into a nasty mishmash of medium low temperatures and additionally wet snowfall. hopefully this is only a temporary condition, too.

a very special place in berlin is friedrichshain. also if you are the craziest guy all over the world you will not attract too much attention on the street in friedrichshain. a great many of the mostly young people of friedrichshain are very extroverted and make the scene quarter feel a bit strange if not crazy.

moreover an uncountable number of more or less beautiful street arts adorn the streets of friedrichshain. these facts together with the darkness of the night create a bit of an atmosphere of an end time movie, especially in the case that you really enter the dark and moody backyards like for instance the art gallery raw berlin has one attached to its main building where the dark shapes are already waiting for you.

till wednesday everything revolves about surfing. so at present there is hardly time for other activities because after three hours of surfing you are simply dead.

after a restful sleep of minimum six to seven hours you have to breakfast extensively to accumulate an adequate amount of energy for the first lesson. after the transfer to the surf sport monte clérigo near aljezur at the west coast you complete your equipment and before the action restarts in earnest. three hours of surfing that are divided by a break of round about one hour for lunch.

in the evening we are completely starved and exhausted so much that after another extensive meal in the historic town of lagos in the most cases the next way leads us directly into bed. anyhow one or another photo opportunity falls to me. probably i'm going to zero in on photography in lisbon again.

in june the weather is in common very nice in central europe. at the moment the description very nice would be obviously understated. more than 30 degrees could be measured today in innsbruck, austria, where we visited the tyrol panorama, the kaiser jaeger museum, the ski-jump facility bergisel and the historic city itself. additionally 12 hours of sun, that should be enough for everybody. maybe even too much...

innsbruck is one of the few cities in austria where it is worth to live for young people. a few educational institutions are located here, the evening activities should be safe and you can find a plenty of sport facilities in the alps surrounding.

one of these possibilities is the not very common sport of ski jumping. no idea, how girls and boys in young age get around to this extravagant sport. anyhow the ski-jumpers earn my unlimited respect for their bravery. if you don't want to show them your respect please go up on a ski-jump facility and think about the feelings you might have when you hurl yourself into the depth.

although i've shot a lot of imposing images of and in innsbruck in combination with the alps panorama, the simple and clear pic of the spectator stairs of the ski-jump facility pleases me no end.
